Specialchem Beton Basic colorless concrete impregnator 10L

Specialchem Beton Basic Colorless Concrete Impregnator is an innovative, nanotechnology-based impregnator designed to provide colorless protection for a wide range of concrete surfaces. The product effectively impregnates and hydrophobicizes concrete fixtures, curbs, concrete slabs, walls, floors, parking lots, palisades, and pipes. Thanks to the technology, water and other contaminants do not penetrate the concrete, significantly minimizing the risk of reinforcement corrosion, cracking, and erosion. The impregnation also acts as a barrier against salts transported by water, acid rain, and other substances that can adversely affect the structure of concrete, causing moss growth or salt efflorescence. Furthermore, hydrophobic treatment increases the frost resistance of concrete, which is especially important during colder months, when moisture freezes, leading to internal stresses and micro-cracks. Our impregnator penetrates to a depth of several millimeters, ensuring its resistance to mechanical abrasion, allowing for safe use on walls, floors, and parking lots. The use of advanced nanoparticles guarantees vapor permeability after impregnation, preventing the product from clogging pores or restricting gas diffusion or water vapor release, allowing concrete to "breathe" and retain its natural properties. Key Advantages of Specialchem Beton Basic Colorless Concrete Impregnator: Effective protection against water and dirt: Our impregnator creates a barrier that retains moisture and dirt on the surface, effectively preventing them from penetrating the concrete structure. Long-term protection: Thanks to deep penetration and the chemical reaction of the impregnator particles, its effectiveness lasts approximately 5 years. Protection against corrosion and erosion: Acts as a protective shield, minimizing the risk of reinforcement corrosion and cracking and erosion caused by salt and acid rain. Increased frost resistance: Effective hydrophobic treatment protects concrete from damage caused by freezing, which is particularly important during the winter months. Deep penetration: Depending on the application, our product penetrates up to 10 mm into the concrete, providing long-lasting and effective protection. Vapor permeability: Nanoparticle technology preserves natural gas diffusion and water vapor release without compromising concrete's vapor permeability. Moss and algae resistance: By maintaining a dry interior of the concrete, surfaces are protected from moss and algae growth, maintaining an aesthetic appearance. Improved thermal insulation: Dry substrates do not conduct heat, which helps preserve energy inside buildings and contribute to better energy efficiency. Long-lasting aesthetic effect: Thanks to impregnation, concrete does not darken over time, maintaining a like-new appearance even after many years. UV and extreme temperature resistance: Our impregnation not only protects against UV radiation but is also resistant to both low and high temperatures. Specialchem Beton Basic Colorless Concrete Sealer: Concrete Accessories: Designed to protect decorative and functional elements to maintain their appearance and durability. Curbs: Ideal for protecting concrete used in road infrastructure from salt damage and wear. Concrete Slabs: Provides support for construction surfaces such as patios, sidewalks, and driveways from external factors. Palisades: Protects concrete facade and garden elements, offering longevity and weather resistance. Pipes: Effectively protects concrete pipes used in construction and sewage systems from degradation. Walls and Fences: Strengthens concrete wall and fence structures, extending their lifespan and aesthetic appeal. Architectural Elements: Perfect for protecting a variety of concrete shapes and forms that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes. If you need to impregnate higher-grade concrete or architectural concrete, we recommend the following impregnator: SPECIALCHEM Beton Architect Impregnator for Architectural Concrete Consumption: approximately 100 to 150 ml per m² Specialchem Beton Basic colorless concrete impregnator is highly efficient, making it an effective solution for impregnating concrete substrates. Below are approximate yield data depending on the product capacity: 1 liter: Covers 7 to 10 m² 5 liters: Covers 35 to 50 m² 10 liters: Covers 70 to 100 m² 20 liters: Covers 140 to 200 m² Application method: Garden sprayer for large surfaces Roller or brush for details or small areas How to use Specialchem Beton Basic colorless impregnator: Personal protection: Wear safety glasses and gloves during application. Planning: Plan the impregnation so that it won't rain for at least 3 hours after completion. Always test in an inconspicuous area first to ensure the desired effect. Protecting the environment: Cover plants and other surfaces not to be impregnated, especially glass and steel, with plastic sheeting. If stains occur, immediately wipe these surfaces with a wet cloth or rinse with water. Surface preparation: Ensure the surface to be impregnated is clean and dry. Application: Apply the product, preferably by spray, applying only as much impregnation as the concrete can absorb to avoid streaking. Brush or remove excess impregnation with a cloth. Finishing: Allow to dry. Note: Apply one or two coats, but only using the "wet-on-wet" technique. Cleaning tools: Rinse tools under running water immediately after use.
