Specialchem Beton Basic Concrete Cleaning + Sealer Kit – An innovative, nanotechnology-based product for colorless protection of most concrete surfaces. The product effectively impregnates and strongly hydrophobicizes surfaces such as concrete fixtures, curbs, concrete slabs, palisades, pipes, etc. The impregnator prevents water and other contaminants from penetrating the concrete. Surface hydrophobicization also prevents the penetration of water-borne salts, acid rain, and other substances that negatively impact concrete, causing corrosion of reinforcement, cracking, erosion, moss growth, salt efflorescence, and dirt. Hydrophobicization also improves concrete strength and increases its frost resistance. In the fall and winter, frost makes concrete more susceptible to freezing moisture, which causes internal stresses and micro-cracks, and ultimately, spalling. Depending on the amount used, the impregnation penetrates up to several mm, guaranteeing resistance to mechanical abrasion. This allows for use on walls, floors, and parking lots. The use of nanoparticles guarantees consistent vapor permeability after impregnation; the product does not clog pores, does not grease, and does not restrict gas diffusion or water vapor release. Applications: concrete elements, curbs, concrete slabs, palisades, pipes. Coverage: 7 to 10 m² per liter. Properties: Easy and safe to use. One coat is sufficient. Penetration up to 10 mm. Does not change the appearance of the substrate. Resistant to UV, chemicals, low and high temperatures. Application method: Garden sprayer for large surfaces. Roller or brush for details or small areas. Directions for use: Wearing safety glasses and gloves is recommended. Plan the impregnation so that it does not rain for at least 3 hours after completion. Always test in an inconspicuous area first to check for the desired effect! Protect plants and all other surfaces not to be impregnated, especially glass and steel, with foil. If they become dirty, immediately clean them with a wet cloth or rinse with water. The surface prepared for impregnation must be clean and dry. Apply the appropriate amount of product to the surface, preferably by spraying, but be careful not to create streaks – apply only as much impregnation as the concrete can absorb. Any excess should be spread with a brush or removed with a cloth. Allow to dry. NOTE! Apply one or two coats, but only using the wet-on-wet technique. Rinse tools with running water. Specialchem Concrete Basic Cleaning + Impregnation Set – This product is designed for effective cleaning of concrete surfaces, edging, concrete patio slabs, garden architecture made of concrete, and other concrete products. It effectively removes dark deposits and dirt accumulated during everyday use. It refreshes the appearance of concrete surfaces. Suitable for manual washing, high-pressure cleaning equipment, and cleaning machines. Unlike acidic products, it is safe for surfaces and vegetation – biodegradable, and solvent-free. Coverage: 10 to 20 m² per liter. Instructions: Wearing safety glasses and gloves is recommended. Apply to a slightly damp surface. Before use, test on an inconspicuous area. Do not use on aluminum. Surfaces not to be cleaned should be protected from cleaning. Depending on the application method and degree of soiling, use the concentrate or dilute it at most 1:10. Garden sprayer: Dilute at least 1:1 with tap water. Lightly dampen the surface to be cleaned and then spray the cleaning agent. Do not allow the agent to dry on the surface; if it begins to dry, lightly mist with water. Leave the agent on the surface for about 5 to 10 minutes. Brush in extremely dirty areas. Rinse with pressurized water or, preferably, with water from a pressure washer. Foam gun: Use the concentrate. Lightly dampen the surface to be cleaned, then apply the foam evenly to the surface using a foaming applicator. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface; if it begins to dry, lightly mist it with water. Leave the product on the surface for about 5 to 10 minutes. Brush over extremely dirty areas. Rinse with pressurized water, or preferably with water from a pressure washer.
