SPECIALCHEM SANDSTONE BASIC - Professional impregnator for hydrophobic protection of all types of sandstone, providing reliable protection on substrates, walls, and facades. Effectively protect your stone at the nanometer level. Our impregnation agent provides chemical protection, allowing the stone to retain its natural vapor permeability. Product features: Effective protection against water and dirt: Reduces absorbency, insulating the surface from moisture and dirt. Long-term protection: Thanks to deep penetration and chemical properties, the impregnation lasts up to 5 years. Protection against erosion and crumbling: Minimizes the risk of damage caused by salt and acid rain. Increased frost resistance: Protects against damage caused by freezing moisture. Deep penetration: Penetrates several millimeters into the sandstone, offering lasting protection. Vapor permeability: Nanoparticle technology allows for the natural release of water vapor. Resistance to moss and algae growth: Keeps the interior of the stone dry, preventing the growth of microorganisms. Improved thermal insulation: A dry substrate reduces heat conduction, supporting the energy efficiency of buildings. Durable aesthetic effect: The stone does not darken, maintaining a fresh appearance for years. UV and extreme temperature resistance: Does not degrade under the influence of UV radiation or extreme temperatures. Hardening of the sandstone structure: Creates chemical bonds that strengthen the stone structure. Specialchem Sandstone Basic is the best choice for those who want to preserve the beauty and durability of their stone surfaces for many years. Instructions for using SPECIALCHEM PIASKOWIEC Basic: Protective protection: Before impregnating, protect your eyes and hands by wearing suitable goggles and gloves. Planning the impregnation: Make sure there will be no rain for at least 3 hours after finishing work, to ensure effective application. Test in an inconspicuous area: Test in an inconspicuous area to assess the desired effect of the sealant. Protect the surrounding area: Protect all plants and surfaces not to be treated, especially glass and steel, with protective films. Immediate cleaning of stains: If the surface becomes dirty, clean it immediately with a damp cloth or rinse with water to avoid permanent stains. Clean and dry surface: The surface to be treated must be clean and dry before application. Application: Spraying is best, ensuring there are no streaks. Adjust the technique to ensure even coverage. Amount of sealant: Apply only as much sealant as the stone can absorb; excess can be brushed or removed with a cloth. Drying time: Allow the treated surface to dry to ensure full protection. Multiple coats: One or two coats are recommended, but only wet-on-wet to avoid unevenness. Cleaning Tools: After application, rinse tools under running water to remove any remaining product. Strict adherence to the above steps will ensure optimal sandstone impregnation and protection results.
