Leaving wet clothing for a long time after wearing or storing it with other clothing may cause color transfer.
Bleach may damage the fabric.
Using a dryer may damage or deform the garment.
Wringing wet clothing may damage the fabric or cause pilling.
Ironing and wearing in high-temperature environments are prohibited.
Do not apply high heat with an iron or wear the garment in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas.
High temperatures may damage or discolor the fabric.
Damage caused by consumer negligence is not eligible for compensation.

Orders are shipped via CJ Korea Express.
An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.

AS Policy
The product warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
Before requesting AS, contact the customer center to confirm whether repair is possible.
Compensation is not provided for damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing, or products beyond the warranty period.
Repairs are chargeable when available.
Before the physical product is received, AS availability and repair costs may be advised based on photos.
Additional confirmation may be required depending on the product’s aging condition or repair area.
When repair is available, write the order number, purchaser’s name, contact information, address, and requested repair details on a note and include it with the product.
Repairs are carried out after collection by the company and delivery to headquarters.
Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repair begins after payment of repair and collection fees is confirmed.
Missing Item Information
After sending the photos, contact the customer center.
If photos are not sent by email or the inquiry cannot be confirmed, processing may not be possible.
