Do not iron or wear in high-temperature environments. Wearing it in a sauna, spa or other high-temperature environment may damage or discolor the fabric.

Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered.

Shipping is handled by CJ Logistics.

An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.

Exchanges and Returns

Request a return through the exchange/return message board or customer service center.

For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchange or return requests can be made within 20 days of receiving the product.

Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be reported within 30 days of receipt.

If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, contact customer service or the message board.

Requests are accepted only when the attached product tag has not been removed.

If there are repair, wear or washing marks, the product will be returned and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Repairs, when available, are provided at the customer's expense.

Before receiving the actual product, A/S availability and repair costs may be advised based on submitted photos.

Additional confirmation may be required depending on the product's condition or repair area, and the guidance may take some time.

When repair is available, write the order number, purchaser's name, contact information, address and requested repair details on a note and include it with the product.

Repair begins after collection by the company and receipt at headquarters.

The repair period may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Repair begins after payment of the repair and collection fees is confirmed.

Missing Items If any item is missing after delivery, send photos to and then contact customer service. Processing may not be possible if photos are not emailed or the request cannot be confirmed.
