Reasons for Exchanges and Returns Not Accepted

The attached product tag has been removed.

The product has been repaired or washed without authorization.

There are signs of wear, stains, or damage.

The product was intentionally damaged.

The brand box or components are damaged or missing.

The waybill was attached directly to the brand box or genuine plastic packaging.

The box was damaged by directly attached tape.

The product box, packaging materials, and tag are part of the product. For exchanges and returns, use a delivery bag or box and double-pack the item in the same condition as when first received. An additional fee of KRW 2,500 may be charged if the brand box is damaged.

A/S Information

Warranty period: 6 months from the date of purchase

If you require A/S, first contact customer service to check whether repair is possible.

Damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing, and products beyond the warranty period are excluded from compensation.

Repairs may be chargeable when available.

Repair takes approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Repair begins after payment of repair and collection fees is confirmed.
