Universal 100mm drill splitter / ZWK2U-100K2 set

The ZWK2U-100K2 set with a pulley is designed to build a drill splitter driven by an electric motor, combustion engine or from a tractor via a PTO shaft. The set is based on two UCP207 self-aligning bearings.

The auger is mounted to a 35mm diameter 35A output shaft. The pulley is mounted on the 35mm diameter shaft, mounted on a 10mm key, and secured with two circlips. It has an output for a standard 6-tooth, 1 3/8-inch power take-off shaft used in agricultural tractors.

The set includes a 100mm diameter auger (with a replaceable, pinned tip), ideal for building professional log splitters for both home and industrial use. This set, which includes the auger, is the best solution for more demanding customers, splitting large logs over 40cm in diameter.

An attachment can be purchased for this auger to increase its diameter to 170mm. The auger is equipped with a replaceable tip, which is secured with a solid expansion pin, so that the tip does not fall out when changing to the opposite rotation.
