Universal 150mm drill splitter / ZWK2U-150K2 set

The ZWK2U-150K2 set with a pulley is designed to build a drill splitter driven by an electric motor, combustion engine or from a tractor via a PTO shaft. The set is based on two UCP207 self-aligning bearings.

The auger is mounted to a 35mm diameter 35A output shaft. The pulley is mounted on a 35mm diameter shaft, mounted on a 10mm key, and secured with two circlips. It has an output for a standard 6-tooth, 1 3/8-inch power take-off shaft used in agricultural tractors.

The set includes a 150mm diameter auger (with a replaceable, pinned tip), the most common auger used in professional industrial splitters. The 150mm auger consists of the most popular 80mm auger and an attachment that expands its diameter to 150mm.

The set, including the auger and attachment, is the best solution for the most demanding customers for splitting large logs exceeding 40cm in diameter. The two-stage auger angle can handle even the most knotty wood.

The auger is equipped with a replaceable tip, which is secured with a solid expansion pin, thanks to which the tip will not fall out when changing to the opposite rotation.
