80mm universal drill splitter / ZWK2P-080K2 set

The ZWK2P-080K2 set with a pulley is designed to build a drill splitter driven by an electric motor, combustion engine or from a tractor via a PTO shaft. The set is based on a robust and durable hub with built-in 6207 bearings.

The auger is attached to a 35mm diameter 35A output shaft. The pulley is mounted on the 35mm diameter shaft, mounted on a 10mm key, and secured with two circlips. It has an output for a standard 6-tooth, 1 3/8-inch power take-off shaft used in agricultural tractors.

The set includes an 80mm diameter auger (with a replaceable, pinned tip), most commonly used in building basic home log splitters. The set includes the auger and is the most versatile solution for splitting standard logs up to 30cm in diameter.

An attachment can be purchased for this auger to increase its diameter to 125mm or 150mm. The auger is equipped with a replaceable tip, which is secured with a solid expansion pin, thanks to which the tip will not fall out when changing to the opposite rotation.
