LR50W Machine Detector Spectra Precision + RD20 Spectra Precision Cabin Receiver.
The Spectra Precision LR50 Machine Detector is an advanced machine sensor designed for mounting on construction machinery (e.g. excavators, loaders, graders, dozers and mini-excavators) to automatically or visually control working height and plumb.
The Spectra Precision LR50 is a professional machine receiver mounted on heavy construction equipment, which enables continuous monitoring of working height and depth without the operator having to leave the cab.
The LR50 is used for leveling and excavation work. Features a built-in blade slope indicator and boom plumb indicator.
The Spectra Precision RD20 Wireless Remote Display displays slope information in the machine cab, making it easy for the operator to read. The RD20 works with LR's wireless receivers: LR30W, LR50W, and LR60W.
The wireless remote display mounts quickly and easily in the cab without cables, improving visibility. Additionally, most receiver settings can also be adjusted in the cab. Bright, multi-color LEDs and in-cab audible signals help the operator focus on the job and the terrain.
Numerous mounting options allow for optimal remote control placement.
360° Signal Reception: Receives the rotating laser beam from any direction around the machine.
Built-in Plumb Indicator: Helps maintain proper plumb alignment of the excavator arm when measuring excavation depth.
Blade-Tilt Indicator: Indicates the lateral tilt of the bucket or blade, helping to maintain a level plane.
2 height modes: Center On-Grade (centered zero position - for ground leveling and graders) and Offset On-Grade (offset zero position - increases the reading range for excavation work on excavators).
Easy-to-Read LED Display: Bright, multi-color LEDs LEDs are clearly visible from the operator's cab, even in direct sunlight.
Durable construction: The cast aluminum and polycarbonate housing is resistant to shocks, drops, and harsh weather conditions (IP67).
Versatile – mounted on the machine using a leveling rod.
Increased safety – no leveling of the rod required during excavation.
Increased efficiency and productivity – saves fuel and time.
Long battery life.
Saves power when the receiver is not in use.
Built-in speaker provides clear tones for high, low, and slope levels.
Large, bright red, green, and blue LED height indicators indicate low and high elevations.
Adjustable in-cab LED accuracy and brightness.
Additional control options, including plumb, blade pitch, laser offset, and blade pitch adjustment, depending on the receiver.
Dual power options – internal battery and machine power – extend runtime and increase productivity.
