Anycubic Tough Grey UV Resin 2.0 DURABLE 1kg 1l For 3D Printers Manufacturer: Anycubic Series: Tough 2.0 Color: Grey Capacity: 1kg, 1l Increased resistance to cracks – the improved formula increases bending strength, making even thin and miniature models less susceptible to damage. Flexibility and durability – the resin effectively prevents peeling, cracking and the formation of stress marks, guaranteeing stability of prints even during vibrations and falls. Precision and low shrinkage – smooth surface, sharp details and minimal deformation ensure that the models maintain high quality and aesthetics. Comfortable and safe use – odorless composition and limited emission of volatile organic compounds ensure a friendly working environment and greater safety . Resin characteristics: Anycubic Tough 2.0 is a photopolymer resin with increased mechanical strength, similar to ABS. Printed models are characterized by impact and crack resistance, making it an excellent choice for parts requiring greater durability. The resin provides high surface quality and precise reproduction of fine details, making it suitable for both technical and hobby applications. Ideally suited for creating prototypes of mechanical parts and durable models for everyday use, combining functionality with aesthetics. Parameters: Manufacturer: Anycubic Series: Tough 2.0 Color: Gray, Gray Capacity: 1kg, 1l Density: 1.10–1.15 g/cm³ Flexural strength: 42–52 MPa Hardness: 82–84D Young's modulus: 2350–2950 MPa Normal exposure time: 1.5–3 s Elongation at break: 60–72% Viscosity: 450–500 mPa s Flexural modulus: 1500–2000 MPa Tensile strength: 30–42 MPa Lower exposure time: 20–40 s Heat Deflection Temperature: 50–55 °C Application Information: Exposure time for a 0.050mm layer to 1.5-3.5 sec. For the first 10 layers, set the time to about 15-30 sec and apply 10-15 transition layers. Wash the print in alcohol isopropyl alcohol IPA for up to 5 min. After printing, pour the rest into the bottle through resin filters . General information: Before use shake for about 30 seconds and wait 5 min until air is released. Print at room temperature 20-30 ℃ and store the resin in a closed bottle. Use protective gloves and work in a well-ventilated room. The given exposure times may vary, this is an approximate value for most new printers. The package contains 1kg +-5% of material. Color and material properties may vary depending on the printing, washing and curing process.
