The bezel is made of ceramic material, which has a lustrous texture and excellent scratch resistance. The friction bezel rotates smoothly in both directions and has a 24-hour display, combining a unique operating feel without a click mechanism with a moderate resistance to prevent accidental operation. The NH34A moves in 6 steps per second and is equipped with a hacking function. The second hand can be stopped by pulling out the crown, allowing for precise time setting to the second. The catalog value states a daily variation of -20 to +40 seconds, which is excellent accuracy for a mechanical wristwatch. The GMT hand completes one rotation of the dial in 24 hours and can be not only as a 24-hour counter but also as a second time zone to indicate the time of any country or region. The case is water-resistant to 200m, a feature inherited from HYAKUICHI's diver's models. Featuring a screw-down crown and a see-through case back, the inner wall of the case bears the inscription "AUTOMATIC JAPAN MOVEMENT OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED WATER RESISTANCE." The watch is engraved with the specifications of "ANT 660FT/200M". The bracelet is a five-link Jubilee bracelet with fine links that flexibly conform to the wrist. While inheriting the basic performance of Model 14, such as the ceramic bezel, friction bezel, and Jubilee bracelet, this model further enhances the materials and details. Gold x Black Based on a deep black dial and ceramic bezel, gold accents are placed on the bezel edge, indices, and hands. While having a strong contrast, it is not overly flashy, adding a lustrous allure to the strength of the 14R. Gold that only appears when it catches the light and black that seems to absorb the light. These two contrasting colors greatly change the appearance of the watch depending on the viewing angle and ambient light.
