Features:
Mini size, portable and lightweight, strong power, easy to use, and long service life.
The parameters are simple and easy to debug, with small vibration and low noise. The special groove die cast rotor is used, with large starting torque and small inertia.
Adopts ABS flame-retardant housing, wear resistance,wiring protection, sealing structure, dustproof, waterproof and oilproof.
Anti-slip rotation knob design for easy adjust the working speed.
Wiring protection, sealing structure, dustproof, waterproof and oilproof.
One button to on/off the motor, and please disconnect the powersupply when it is necessary to stop the operation for a long time.
Corotation and reverse adjustable, easy to adjust according to your demands.
The governor starts slowly and has a soft-start function.
This motor speed controller is suitable for AC220V 50/60HZ motor.
The controller uses high quality electronic circuit and integrated components for durability.
Speed regulation range is 90-1400r/min 50HZ, 90-1700r/min 60HZ.
400W high power can provides stable performance.
Widely used in packaging, printing, food, electronics, instrumentation, medical equipment, garment industry production line to do speed control drive.
Specifications:
Power supply: AC220V 50/60hz
Output current：≤3A
Maximumspeed: 1400r/min
Relative humidity:<90%;
Environment temperature: - 10 ~ + 50°;
Motor power range: 6~400W
Wiring method:
Red wire is the motor main wire, black and white are the capacitor auxiliary wires, yellow and blue wires are the speed control feedback wires, the green wire is the ground wire.
Method of use:
1. Turn off the power, connect it according to the wiring diagram and make sure the connection is correct.
2. Fix the controller well and set the speed to the lowest "0", so as to avoid sudden large current and permanent damage when starting the power supply;
3. Then turn on the power and adjust the speed knob to the desired position. Please turn off the power when not needed;
4. The governor is connected to the motor. If the torque or speed is found to be inconsistent with the requirements, please adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer on the side of the product
5. To change the running direction of the motor, simply replace the jumper lines of "CCW" and "CW" on the back of the controller.
6. Select COM and CW short connection, then the motor will rotate clockwise.
7. Select COM and CCW short connection, then the motor do counterclockwise rotation.
(when changing direction, do not change the direction until the motor stops running completely.)
