Do not twist or wring wet clothing, as this may damage the fabric or cause pilling.
After using oil or sunscreen, wash thoroughly so no residue remains. Residue may cause fabric discoloration or garment deformation.
Do not apply direct high heat such as an iron, or wear the garment in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas. This may damage or discolor the fabric.
Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered. Please follow the care and precaution instructions.

An additional shipping charge of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
Two-way shipping for exchanges is KRW 6,000; for remote areas and Jeju Island, it is KRW 12,000.
Return shipping for products initially offered with free shipping is KRW 6,000; for remote areas and Jeju Island, it is KRW 12,000.
Return shipping for products with prepaid shipping is KRW 3,000; for remote areas and Jeju Island, it is KRW 6,000.

Exchange and Return Acceptance Criteria
Exchanges and returns may be requested within 20 days of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products may be reported within 30 days of receipt.
If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, please contact customer service or the bulletin board.
Requests are accepted only when the tag attached to the product has not been removed.
Products that have been altered without authorization or show signs of wear or washing will be returned, and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Cases Where Exchanges and Returns Are Not Accepted
The shipping label has been attached directly to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging.
The brand box has been damaged by directly attached tape.
The product is returned without the genuine brand box and components.
The product shows signs of use.
The product has been washed.
The product has been intentionally damaged.
The box, packaging materials, and tag in which the product was delivered are part of the product. For exchanges and returns, please use a delivery bag or box and double-package the product in the same condition as received. A KRW 2,500 additional charge applies if the brand box is damaged.
AS Policy
The quality warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
Please confirm repair availability with customer service before requesting AS.
Damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing, and products beyond the warranty period are not covered.
Repairs, when possible, are provided for a fee.
AS availability and repair costs may be advised from photos before the physical product is received.
Additional inspection may be required depending on the product’s aging condition or repair area, and it may take some time to provide an answer.
If repair is possible, write the order number, purchaser’s name, contact information, address, and requested repair details on a note and include it with the product.
The product will be collected by the company and sent to headquarters for repair.
Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repair will begin after payment of the repair and collection fees is confirmed.
Missing Product Claims
After sending the photos, contact customer service.
If photos are not sent or the company cannot verify the submitted claim, processing may not be possible.
