Free shipping is available even when purchasing one item.
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipped via CJ Logistics.
An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after the 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. cut-off times.
Out-of-stock orders may be canceled after notification by text message.
Exchange and Return Information
Please request an exchange or return through the exchange/return board or customer service.
Applications are available within 20 days of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products may be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Requests are accepted only if the product tag has not been removed.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
Round-trip shipping for exchanges is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.
Round-trip return shipping for initially free-shipping products is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.
Round-trip return shipping for prepaid products is KRW 3,000, or KRW 6,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

The quality warranty period is six months from the purchase date.

Repairs, if available, will be provided at a charge.
Repairs may take approximately 2–3 weeks after collection, excluding weekends and holidays.
Repair begins after payment of repair and collection fees is confirmed.
