How to Use

Select the appropriate size and color before wearing.

Wash the garment as soon as possible after wearing.

Precautions

To prevent color transfer, wash separately in cold water before wearing.

Use caution when washing with bleach.

Do not leave the garment unattended for a long time after wearing.

Do not store or wash wet clothing together with other garments.

After exercise, wet clothing should not be sealed in a plastic bag or similar container for a long time, as this may damage the fabric and cause color transfer. Wash immediately.

Dry in the shade after washing.

Do not use a dryer. Dryer use may damage or deform the garment.

Do not wring wet clothing. This may damage the fabric and cause pilling.

When using oil or sunscreen, wash thoroughly after use so that no residue remains, as residue may cause discoloration or deformation.

Do not apply high heat from an iron or similar appliance, and do not wear the garment in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas. This may damage or discolor the fabric.

Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered. Please follow the care and precaution instructions.

An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.

The first order cutoff is 9:00 AM and the second order cutoff is 1:00 PM.

Order changes and cancellations are not available after each cutoff time.

Sold-out products may be canceled after notification by text message.

Exchange and Return Information

Request exchanges and returns through the exchange/return bulletin board or customer service center.

Shipping fees for exchanges and returns due to a change of mind are borne by the customer.

The round-trip shipping fee for an exchange is KRW 6,000; KRW 12,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.

For returns, the fee is KRW 6,000 for products initially shipped free of charge, and KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

For products with prepaid shipping, the return fee is KRW 3,000, or KRW 6,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

Exchange and Return Criteria

Exchanges and returns may be requested within 20 days of receiving the product.

Defective or incorrectly shipped products may be reported within 30 days of receipt. If more than 7 days have passed, contact customer service or the bulletin board.

Requests are accepted only when the tag attached to the product has not been removed.

Products with unauthorized alterations, signs of wear, or washing will be returned, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Do not attach the shipping label directly to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging.

Exchange or return may be refused if the brand box is damaged by tape applied by the customer.

Exchange or return is not available if the product is returned without the genuine brand box and components.

Exchange or return is not available for products showing signs of use or washing, or intentionally damaged.

The box, packaging materials, and tag are also part of the product.

For exchanges and returns, use the original courier bag or box and double-pack the product with the same components received.

An additional fee of KRW 2,500 may apply if the brand box is damaged.

AS Policy

The product warranty period is 6 months from the purchase date.

Before requesting AS, contact customer service to confirm whether repair is available.

Product damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing, or products past the warranty period are excluded from compensation.

Repairs, when available, are provided for a fee.

Before the physical product is received, AS availability and repair costs may be advised based on photos.

Additional confirmation may be required depending on the product’s aging condition or repair area, and the response may take time.

If repair is available, write the order number, purchaser name, contact information, address, and requested repair details on a note and include it with the product.

Repairs are performed after collection by the service provider and receipt at headquarters.

Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Repair begins after payment of the repair and collection fees is confirmed.

Return Packaging Precautions

To prevent damage to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging, double-pack the product using the box received or another box.

The genuine brand box and components are also part of the product. Handle them carefully.

If any item is missing after receipt, email photos of the missing item and packaging condition.

After sending the photos, contact customer service for prompt assistance.

Processing may be difficult if the photos are not sent or the request cannot be confirmed.
