Rolled Niteczka pasta made from 5 eggs per 1 kg of flour!!! NEW LARGE PACKAGING - 0.5KG
We prepare our egg pasta based on traditional recipes - its taste is like a return to childhood. However, thanks to the addition of durum wheat, it is much more valuable. It contains many nutritional values, including: lutein, B vitamins, potassium, iron, and folic acid.
Egg pasta made from durum wheat combines traditional flavor with balanced nutrition. It's a proposition for those who value both tradition and modernity.
The addition of eggs and nutritious wheat makes a meal with egg pasta incredibly filling. In the summer, it can be eaten cold with seasonal vegetables or fruit, while on colder days, we recommend adding it to warm, warming sauces and soups.
It's worth noting that it's durum wheat that makes top-shelf Italian pastas. This variety of pasta absorbs less water and has greater adhesion. No more sauce that stubbornly runs down the pasta!
