■How to Use / Depending on the vegetable type, rehydrate in hot water for about 3-5 minutes for leafy vegetables, 7-10 minutes for root vegetables, and 10-15 minutes for mushrooms. For soups, add directly to the pot a few minutes before turning off the heat. Each product label indicates the recommended rehydration time.

• Basic manufacturing process: raw material intake → washing → cutting → boiling → sugar soaking → drying.
• Fresh vegetables are dried at low temperatures (about 50°C to 70°C) for 6 to 12 hours. This results in rehydration that closely resembles fresh vegetables. Compared to freeze-drying, rehydration is slightly slower.
• Glucose is used to speed up rehydration (improve water absorption) and to prevent breakage or crumbling during drying.
