This is THE WHOO Jinyulhyang Essential Revitalizing Balancer, 150 ml in a red glass-look bottle. A balancer is the toner step of a Korean routine. The product card keeps it simple: after cleansing, apply a suitable amount and smooth it along the skin texture. If the rest of your routine never seems to sit well, it may not be the cream — starting with a balancer prepares skin for every step after it.
💧 Why It Works
Water, glycerin, dipropylene glycol and glycereth-26 give a light, hydrating base, with panthenol near the top. The formula then lists a long herbal blend, including red ginseng root, angelica, peony root, licorice root, jujuba fruit and pomegranate extracts, plus ginsenosides.
