It contains 77% mugwort leaf water and 6% panthenol, providing a fine and fluffy foam texture that adheres gently to the skin. When applied, the bubble quickly melts and forms a moisture barrier that characterizes this hydrating dressing serum.
It helps to calm the skin and provide hydration while alleviating temporary redness and heat sensation caused by external stimuli.

[How to Use]
After cleansing, prep your skin with toner.
Dispense 2-3 pumps of foam into your palm and gently apply it to your entire face.
For dry areas, layer as needed.
