Customization Instructions
1, The minimum order quantity for fleece sleeping bags at our factory is 100 pieces per style (there is no quantity requirement for wholesale of in-stock items). We can calculate the price based on drawings or samples provided by the customer (preferably with an original sample). When requesting a quotation, please provide detailed product parameters (such as pictures, materials, dimensions, quantity, reference price, delivery time, etc.), and we will prepare a detailed quotation for the customer.
2, Design and sampling requirements: Samples depend on the circumstances and are subject to a certain fee. If no sample is provided and sampling is based on a picture, the fee will be higher. Specific details can be negotiated by both parties. The sampling period is generally about 5-7 days. If a LOGO needs to be added during sampling, an additional mold fee is required. After placing an order, the sampling fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment.
3, When placing a production order, a LOGO can be customized according to the customer's requirements. Our factory supports printing on in-stock items, with low costs and a short production time.
4, The delivery time for products with a general minimum order quantity is about 15 to 20 days. The product price also depends on the order quantity. Different quantities have different delivery times; specific details will be settled through negotiation between both parties.
5, Logistics companies sometimes lose packages during transportation. Customers, please inspect the goods when receiving them (check whether the packaging is damaged and whether the quantity is correct) before signing for them. If there is a shortage, please refuse to sign and state the missing goods on the package slip, as well as any signs that the package has been opened. Please contact us immediately, and we will handle it properly. If a problem occurs after signing for the goods, please forgive us for being unable to help. A signature by another person is also considered a receipt confirmation. We hope our customers will understand!
