A surface crank is now available in the "Fuwatoro" series, which was developed with the assumption of a dead slow retrieve where the body shakes even without winding. In addition to the conventional dead throw compatible design, a wide lip is used to make it easier to turn on the bite and reduce missed bites. It is designed with the aim of minimizing the distance traveled during retrieval, enticing the fish to bite at the same point, and making it bite well.
