This high-power repeater cable extends the cable length beyond the USB cable standard (maximum cable length between devices: 5m) to 12m. By incorporating a signal amplification and correction circuit that restores attenuated USB signals, it achieves an extension of up to 12 meters. Since it uses the drivers included in each operating system, there is no need to install any special software. It operates on bus power, just like a typical USB cable. The USB cable uses a thicker "25AWG/1P + 24AWG/2C" specification, which is excellent for noise suppression, making it less susceptible to interference. Daisy-chaining (up to 3 units) allows for cable connections up to 36m between devices. (This includes 3 units of this product x 12m USB 2.0 cable) *When daisy-chained, bus-powered USB devices with high current consumption will not work. For stable operation and recognition, we recommend connecting self-powered USB peripherals. *Maximum current consumption is approximately 60mA.
