- Problems caused by improper use, overheating, using incompatible chargers.
How to apply for warranty service:
1. Contact our customer service first and provide the device serial number, defect description and related photos/videos.
2. If troubleshooting cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange return shipment for inspection. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to send the device back to our designated warehouse. After repair or replacement, we bear the resending shipping cost.
3. All warranty processing must be coordinated through our customer service. Do not send the device back without prior confirmation.
