The GFROG Ash Jacket is a unisex ski jacket designed for skiing and snowboarding activities. It comes in gray and features water resistance to help prevent snow and rain from penetrating the fabric, breathability to release internal sweat and moisture vapor, and water repellency to help keep water droplets, snow, and contaminants from penetrating the fabric surface.
The jacket offers moisture absorption and quick-drying properties to rapidly absorb, disperse, and dry sweat and moisture. It also provides wind resistance to minimize incoming wind and uses four-way stretch fabric for enhanced mobility.

How to Use
Check the quality label and washing instructions attached to the product before use.
Wash dark and light colors separately.
Use a specialized detergent and gently hand wash in lukewarm water.
Do not soak in water for more than 30 minutes.
Gently rub stains by hand to remove them.
Dry in a well-ventilated shade after washing.
Do not use a dryer or heat drying.
Using a water-repellent spray after drying may help maintain the water-repellent function.
Precautions
Do not dry-clean or use bleach. Machine washing may damage the fabric, so hand washing is recommended whenever possible. Vigorous rubbing may damage the water-repellent coating. Products combining different materials or colors may bleed, so wash them promptly. Leaving the product unattended for a long time after washing may reduce its waterproof and water-repellent functions. If the product becomes wet from water or sweat, wash it promptly because staining and discoloration may occur. Due to the characteristics of the fabric, pilling or pulled threads may occur; avoid friction. Placing the product near a flame may cause ignition or deformation. Fading, color transfer, discoloration, tearing, or reduced waterproof function caused by improper washing or use is not covered.

This product has been manufactured through strict quality and process control and has passed appearance, specification, and physical property inspections. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to request compensation for a quality issue. Shipping Information
Shipping is handled by CJ Logistics.
Orders with payment completed before 2:00 PM may be shipped the same day.
Shipping may be delayed due to logistics or courier circumstances.
Additional charges may apply to Jeju Island and remote island or mountainous areas.
For order cancellation before shipment, contact customer service before 2:00 PM.
If the order status is “Preparing for Shipment,” cancellation may not be possible because shipment may already be in progress.
If a cancellation is requested through the system after 2:00 PM without separate inquiry, return shipping costs after shipment will be paid by the customer.
Exchange and Return Information
Exchange and return requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the actual product differs from the displayed or advertised content, or from the contract, please submit a request within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days from the date the discrepancy was discovered.
Exchanges and returns can be requested through the website where the order was placed, after which courier pickup will be arranged.
For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Exchange shipping cost: KRW 8,000 round trip.
Return shipping cost: KRW 8,000 for free-shipping products / KRW 4,000 for products with prepaid shipping.
For defective products or incorrect shipments, shipping costs are paid by the seller.
Additional costs incurred when using a courier other than CJ Logistics are paid by the customer.
Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or enclosed with the returned product.
Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Possible
More than 7 days have passed since receipt
The product tag or label has been removed or damaged
The product was damaged or lost due to customer negligence

Minor finishing issues such as loose threads or stitching
The product value was damaged by washing marks or cosmetics, perfume, or cigarette odors
