Specially Cultivated Soybeans: In Toyooka City, where wild storks dance almost every day, we cultivated these beans using an environmentally friendly unique farming method with everyone in our village. To maximize the flavor of the ingredients, we did not use target pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the cultivation period, and by investing time and effort, we produced "Soybeans Sachiyutaka" from Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, which meets strict standards for taste and aroma.
Reason for Assurance: Since 2008, we have participated in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' project to promote domestic soybean production. Under the guidance of the Agricultural Policy Bureau, we research production systems and produce high-quality soybeans every year. The 2020 crop was cultivated in the Ramsar Convention registered wetland area around the Maruyama River.
