Important Notes for Cutting Glass with Circular Glass Cutter 1. Place the glass flat on the floor or table. Pad the surface with paper or soft cloth to keep it level; do NOT place hard objects underneath the glass. Beginners "must remove the glass from windows or doors before cutting. Never cut while the glass is still installed". (Skilled person may cut without removing it.) 2. Score the circle "only once". Apply moderate pressure to create a score line. Do not repeatedly score along the same circular path. 3. This step is critical: After scoring the circle, you must tap along the scored line to form cracks. "Do not skip this step". It is wrong to cut smaller pieces in the center without tapping the score line first. 4. When tapping the inner section, work gradually from the center outward. Tap slowly and steadily. Avoid random tapping. Patience is required during operation.

How to Choose the Right Size The size marked on the circular cutter refers to the "cutting diameter". The scale shows diameter values, while the arm length equals the radius. Example: Marked size 40cm(15.75in) means the arm length is 20cm(7.87in), and the cutting diameter is 40cm(15.75in). Adjust the cutter head to your required hole diameter. Max cutting diameter: 0.4m model = 40cm(15.75in); 0.6m model = 60cm(23.62in), and so on.
