Installation method:
1. Screw the lens hood onto the lens and lock the ring in place by turning it clockwise until it reaches the end. It does not need to be tightened.
2. Rotate the lens hood and lock the ring counterclockwise until the lens hood is horizontal.
3. Keep the lens hood horizontal and rotate it clockwise until the locking ring is securely locked in place.
How to uninstall:
1. Stabilize the lens hood and rotate the locking ring counterclockwise until it is fully rotated.
2. Rotate the lens hood and lock the ring counterclockwise until it is detached from the lens or filter.
Note: This lens hood is compatible with lenses with a 39mm filter size. Please check the thread size of your camera lens before ordering. The thread size of your camera lens is marked somewhere on the lens barrel or printed on the underside of the lens cap. This number is always preceded by the symbol "Ø" (diameter). Example: Ø39 = 39mm lens thread size.
