Using a coarse stone before a medium stone allows for efficient sharpening. ・[High Grinding Power] It contains a high concentration of WA abrasive, providing excellent grinding power. Even those new to knife sharpening can immediately feel the metal being ground away. ・[Compatible Steel] It can sharpen commonly used stainless steel knives, as well as high-hardness steel (hagane) knives.
