【Voltage Compatibility】
When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.

＜Safety & Durability＞ Equipped with protective circuits, over-pressure protection, over-temperature protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, surge protection, etc., it is fanless and safe to use. In addition, we inspect products upon arrival, but in rare cases defects may occur due to the shipping environment. Please rest assured regarding durability. If you find a defective product after purchase, please contact us within 100 days, and we will respond within 24 hours.
＜Compatible Devices＞ This 24VAC adapter offers broad compatibility and can be as a power source for 24V (0-5A) standard products such as LED strip lights, video cameras, security cameras, surveillance cameras, and audio equipment. It's compact yet boasts a large 5000mA capacity! Ideal for powering multiple devices as long as the maximum output is not exceeded! This 24V adapter provides stable power supply. It is not suitable for charging or applications requiring high reliability (such as precision equipment or medical equipment). *Please note that devices that draw a current significantly exceeding the rated current (peak current) at power-on (startup), such as motors, may not operate.
＜Important Notes＞ This AC adapter is compatible with devices with a DC24V or 0-5A input range. It is not suitable for charging or for use with precision equipment! Please check the rated voltage and current of your device before purchasing. For prolonged use, please refrain from using the full output (120W) as much as possible to ensure optimal stability and durability. As a guideline, we recommend using it at an average current of 80% or less. If you have any questions, please contact us. To prevent connection problems, please firmly push the AC cord all the way into the base of the adapter before turning on the power. To prevent short circuits, limit the current to 3A or less when using a wiring connector.
＜After-Sales Service＞ We inspect all products upon arrival, but in rare cases, defects may occur due to the delivery environment. If you find a defective product after purchase, please contact us within 100 days, and we will respond within 24 hours. [※Product modification and installation are not covered by the exchange or warranty.] It is normal for the switching type power adapter to make a slight noise.
