Do not blow your nose forcefully after use. 11. Some residual nasal rinse solution may leak out after some time has passed.

When you lightly press the bottle container (sold separately), the nasal rinse solution is sprayed into the nasal cavity from the tip of the cap, washing away dirt, dust, and pollen from the nasal cavity. Open the cap of the bottle (sold separately). 2. Boil tap water and let it cool to body temperature (around 36℃). 1. Prepare purified water and warm it to body temperature (approximately 36°C). (Microwave use is also acceptable.) 2. Add the powder (1 packet) to 240 mL of purified water (boiled water) that has reached the appropriate temperature and dissolve completely to make the cleaning solution. 3. Securely attach the cap to the bottle. 4.Lower your head, breathe through your mouth, and slowly squeeze the bottle to push out the liquid. The cleaning solution will flow out of the other nostril. 6. Use the remaining half of the cleaning solution and repeat the process through the other nostril. Finally, gently blow your nose. ■Cleaning method 1. After use, discard any remaining cleaning solution and wash the bottle, cap, and tube under running water. 21.
