VT Cosmetics Cica Mild Toner Pad Refill is a convenient refill pouch containing 60 pre-soaked toner pads designed to help remove excess sebum, dead skin buildup and daily impurities while providing soothing hydration.
The formula contains Salicylic Acid to help gently exfoliate the skin surface and support cleaner-looking pores.
Centella Asiatica Extract together with Asiaticoside, Madecassoside, Madecassic Acid and Asiatic Acid provides soothing and skin-conditioning care.
Sodium Hyaluronate, Betaine and Beta-Glucan help replenish moisture and maintain a comfortable skin feel.
Propolis Extract provides nourishing conditioning care, while Artemisia Annua Extract, Witch Hazel Leaf Extract and Willow Bark Extract help refresh and balance oily or congested-looking skin.
Allantoin and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate provide additional soothing care.
This product is a refill pouch only and is intended to be transferred into a clean and completely dry VT Cica Mild Toner Pad container before use.

How to Use
Tear open the refill pouch along the perforated line at the top.
Pour the entire contents into a clean and completely dry original toner pad container.
After cleansing, remove one pad and gently wipe over the face, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
Use the opposite side of the pad to refine the skin texture once more.
Gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
Close the lid tightly after use to prevent the pads from drying out.
