First, open the set-top box on the initial page. When your set-top box is not paired with the remote control you are using, take out the new remote control, install the battery, and after a few minutes, when the TV interface automatically pops up a pairing prompt, hold down the HOME button of the remote control. Wait for the pairing prompt to disappear, and then the remote control can be used.

First, use the remote Control to enter the Settings function of the set-top box, select the "Equipment Control" setting, then choose "Manage Equipment" and select "TV" to set "change TV". Follow the steps to select your TV brand. After completing the Settings, you can use the power button and increase or decrease the volume.
PS: When the power of your set-top box is turned off, the power on/off function and volume up/down of the remote control will no longer be available. After the power is turned on again, the power on/off and volume up/down functions of the remote control will be automatically restored.
