Kayamaen Matcha Bulk 1kg Domestic 100 Stone Ground

Product Description: Kayamaen's matcha is a high-quality domestic matcha made from carefully selected ingredients and methods, ground with a stone mill. Throughout the year, tea garden management is conducted, and for a certain period after buds emerge, the fields are covered to block direct sunlight, resulting in a unique umami flavor and a vibrant, deep green color. Higher quality products are nurtured with a longer covering period. This matcha is ground using a stone mill. Recently, there are cheaper matcha options that are ground using machines instead of stone mills, but there is a noticeable difference in quality. Nowadays, there are many products that use matcha, but the quality of these products heavily depends on the quality of the matcha itself. Additionally, increasing the amount of matcha in formulations can also make a significant difference. Please try Kayamaen's carefully crafted matcha. Ingredients: Green tea (Aichi produced) This matcha has a strong flavor, making it popular for use in baked goods, cakes, and heated foods like soba, as it easily brings out the matcha taste. Usage for drinking is also possible, but it is not recommended for use in tea ceremonies.
