The formula contains Silica as part of VT’s Reedle Shot concept, providing the characteristic light tingling sensation associated with the plumping effect. Menthyl Lactate and Vanillyl Butyl Ether further contribute to the cooling and warming sensations commonly used in lip-plumping formulas.
