Product Description
This product is a high fidelity stereo headphone amplifier module designed based on the MAX97220 chip. This chip adopts a proprietary direct drive architecture, which can generate a ground reference output signal without the need for output isolation capacitors, effectively reducing the number and cost of components, while providing excellent audio performance. Suitable for portable audio devices, USB sound cards, DIY ear amplifiers and other application scenarios.
Product Parameters:
Product Name: DM-AB001 Stereo Earphone Amplifier Module
Supply voltage: DC 3.7V~5V
Output power: 125mW/channel (32 Ω load)
Gain multiplier: 2 times
PCB size: approximately 60mm x 48mm
Audio input interface: 3.5mm stereo socket
Audio output interface: 3.5mm stereo socket
Power interface: Type-C charging/2.54mm terminal connected to 3.7V lithium battery
Instructions for Use:
Power switch/volume adjustment: potentiometer integrated switch and volume adjustment function. Rotate to the right to turn on the power and increase the volume, and rotate to the left to decrease the volume until turned off.
Power supply method: The battery terminal is connected to a single 3.7V lithium battery for power supply. When inserting Type-C, the battery does not work and is powered by Type-C while charging the battery.
● LED indicator light: Power on operation - blue light on; Charging in progress - red light on; Charging completed - green light on.
Notes:
1. Power adapter selection: It is recommended to use a 5V/1A mobile phone charging head or a linear power supply. Poor quality charging heads have large ripple and can introduce background noise (hissing sound).
2. Voltage red line: Never exceed 6V, otherwise the chip may burn out instantly.
3. Insertion and unplugging sequence: Before turning on the device, turn the volume knob to the minimum (counterclockwise to the bottom) to avoid sudden loud volume damage to the headphones or hearing.
4. Cable quality: Poor quality 3.5mm recording cables are prone to poor contact or channel distortion. It is recommended to use audio cables with shielding layers.
5. Grounding issue: If a computer is connected to USB power supply while using a 3.5mm input, there may be a ground loop (buzzing current sound). In this case, switching to an independent charging head for power supply can solve the problem.
6. Battery usage: When using a single 3.7V lithium battery for power supply, please note that the positive and negative terminals of the battery cannot be reversed; If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the battery to avoid over discharging and damaging it.
