Parameter
Charging Reverse Polarity Protection Model:
Operating Voltage Range: 3–28V
Maximum Current: 15A
On-Resistance: 5 milliohms
Applications: When charging modules or chargers are used to charge batteries or capacitors, users often report accidentally reversing the battery’s positive and negative terminals, causing the charging module to malfunction or even burn out.
Instructions for Use: The board’s V+ and V- terminals must first be correctly connected to the positive and negative output terminals of the charger or charging module, respectively. Then, connect the B+ and B- terminals to the battery or capacitor. If a forward voltage is present at the B+ and B- terminals, the MOSFET on the board will turn on! If the user incorrectly connects the battery’s positive and negative terminals, and a reverse negative voltage is detected at the B+ and B- pads of the protection board, the switch on the board will turn off, disconnecting the output.
Reverse Connection Protection Model:
Operating Voltage Range: 3–28 V
Maximum Current: 20 A
On-Resistance: 4 mΩ
Applications: When an external power source or battery supplies power to a device or load, incorrect polarity connections can easily damage the device or load.
Usage Instructions: IN/GND are the input positive and negative terminals, and OUT/GND are the output positive and negative terminals. If a forward voltage is present at IN/GND, the MOSFET turns on; if a reverse voltage is present at IN/GND, the MOSFET on the board turns off and does not conduct!
