Circuit Introduction:
This circuit is a light-emitting diode automatic control circuit composed of digital integrated circuits CD4060 and 74HC138. The CD4060 is internally composed of an oscillator and a binary counter with 10 stages of output. The oscillator can be connected externally to a crystal oscillator or RC. The control circuit is connected in RC oscillation mode, consisting of R1-R10 series and C1-C10 series. The resistance value of the resistor series is the sum of the resistance values of each resistor, The series connection of capacitors with the same capacity equals the capacity of a single capacitor/number of capacitors, 104/10,
After the oscillation circuit of CD4060 starts, the counter counts the oscillation signal, and each binary bit of the counter continuously flips with the counting, outputting a square wave signal with a frequency from high to low on pins Q4-Q14. Q4-Q10 drives one LED L9-L15 each, causing these seven LEDs to flicker at different frequencies. Q12-Q14 is connected to the input of integrated circuit 74HC138, which is a 3-8 wire decoding circuit. At the output end, only one bit is at a low level. As the data at the input end changes, Y0-Y7 sequentially becomes low, forming a flowing light effect on L1-L8. After the CD4060 count overflows, it will become 0 and be counted again. Thus achieving automatic control of 15 LED channels.
The 15 way color light controller chip welding practice kit has the following 10 main functions, which are preferred for training, exams, and competitions:
Fun - After installing the circuit, adding 4-6 volts of electricity creates 7 binary counting lights and 8 flowing lights, which is novel and fun.
Training - There are a total of 76 components (excluding row pins) and 240 solder joints, making it easy to train speed.
Comprehensiveness - There are 8 types of commonly used components in the circuit, and one can be familiar with using more components.
Practicality - The circuit has specific functions, and Yan Ran is an electronic work.
Simulation - Equipped with instructions for use, it can be used as a reference for competitions, selection, exams, etc.
Economical - can be repeatedly disassembled and welded for use, improving usage rate.
Flexibility - Each component has a number and is not labeled with parameters, allowing for flexible parameter adjustment.
Intelligentity - when the circuit is powered on, it can intelligently judge whether the welding is normal, and the fault point is indicated by a lamp.
Innovation - The circuit design is novel and of moderate difficulty. It is unique to Ju Zero Electronics and should not be imitated by peers.
Technicality - The circuit has a unique working principle, provides a complete schematic diagram, and is equipped with 10 Test point to facilitate various tests and improve the theoretical level.
Friendly reminder:
The included components may have different colors due to batch issues, which does not affect their use. Please consider carefully!
The installation and production of DIY kits (loose parts) require a certain level of professional foundation and hands-on ability, and there is a risk of damage during the production process. After installing the loose parts themselves, they will not be provided for after-sales . Please choose carefully!
