2A 4A 10A 20A DC LC Filter EMI Electromagnetic Interference Filter EMC FCC High Frequency Power Filtering Module Feature: Small and exquisite Reliable performance Low consumption Wide range of use Shortest design for high current lines

Product introduction Introduction to the DC power filter circuit: The circuit consists of three parts, the first part is the first-level LC filter circuit, the second part is the common-mode EMI filter, and the third part is the second-level LC filter circuit. LC filtering is generally called a passive filter. It is a traditional DC power supply harmonic compensation device composed of inductors and capacitors. It can filter out harmonics in the power supply once or multiple times and purify the DC power supply. Common-mode filtering can be used to suppress the problem of fast transient group pulse interference with a repetition frequency of several thousand hertz at some user sites. The PCB specification is FR4 42X77X1.6MM, with a shortest high current line design, a short path, can withstand larger currents, and less interference to the outside world. The inductors are available in four specifications: 2A, 4A, 10A, and 20A. Input: DC not exceeding 50V (higher voltage can be increased by replacing electrolytic capacitors) Output: DC. Current: 2A.4A.10A.20A are available on demand Main parts specifications: Circuit board: double-sided FR4 glass fiber board Electrolytic capacitor: 50V 470UF 2 PCS Film capacitor: 100NF 2PCS 470 PF 1PCS Magnetic ring inductor: 2PCS (FeSiAl for 20A high current) Common mode inductor; 1PCS (flat copper strip inductor for 20A high current) Socket: 7.62 socket 2PIN 3PIN 1PCS each This module is suitable for eliminating DC power supply with electromagnetic interference, and can be used in cars, motorcycles, and DC circuits with strong electromagnetic interference.
