Installation suggestions:

1.*Please do not install the suction cup on any floor surface with gaps. 2.Please wipe the suction cup and floor before installation to keep them clean. 3.Please press the suction cup hard to make the surface of the suction cup fully contact with the floor, and then press the switch. 4.When you feel obvious and strong resistance from the switch, it proves that you are about to install successfully. 5.On the contrary, if you press the switch easily, it proves that the installation has failed. 6.*Please inflate the balloon until the wrinkles on its edge are completely smoothed out.

Usage suggestions:

1.The suction force of the suction cup will gradually weaken, so please put it away in time after training and take it out next time you train. 2.If it is a wooden floor, please make sure the floor is flat and has no gaps. 3.The suction time of the suction cup varies depending on the material of the object adsorbed by the suction cup. 4.We recommend installing it on tile and marble surfaces, so that the suction cup can be attached for the best time.
