Product Description If the clock hands are drooping and not moving: Step 1: If the hands are drooping down and not moving, pull the hands up to remove them. Step 2: Push the hour hand firmly onto the shaft. Step 3: Push the minute hand onto the shaft. This will allow the hands to rotate without drooping. *When adjusting the time, turning the hands directly by hand may cause them to loosen from the shaft and stop moving. Please adjust the time by turning the dial on the back. If the clock stops when the minute and hour hands overlap (such as exactly 12 o'clock): If the minute and hour hands overlap and stop, try adjusting the angle of the hands by hand to prevent them from colliding.
