2️⃣ Plug Type ・Our products use the Japanese plug type (Type A, or Type B with a ground pin). ・Please use a plug conversion adapter if the socket shape is different in your country.

3️⃣ Transformer and Conversion Adapter (Very Important) ・A transformer changes the voltage to match the product. A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does NOT change the voltage. ・Using only a conversion adapter, without a transformer, may destroy the product immediately. ・Please choose a transformer with enough capacity (watts) for the product. ・Some products with electronic control or a motor may not work correctly even with a transformer.

4️⃣ Power Frequency (50Hz / 60Hz) ・Japan uses 50Hz in the east and 60Hz in the west. Some products are made for one frequency only. ・With a different frequency, a motor or a timer may run faster or slower, or the product may not work. ・Please check the frequency mark on the product label.
