Modern Impregnation containingTeflon™ surface protector, intended for protecting raw wood and wood-based materials. It gives impregnated elements an elegant matte finish, highlighting the natural wood grain.

In combination with VIDARON Protective Impregnation, it provides a 6-year guarantee of effective protection.

The product is not intended for impregnating wooden floors, stairs, passageways, etc. In the case of non-standard applications (e.g. wooden materials used in roofing, cork cladding, etc.), the use of the product should be consulted with the Manufacturer.

The colorless impregnation cannot be used as a final layer.

• Raw wood intended for impregnation should be cleaned and dry, smooth, free from dust, grease and resin stains.

• Resinous and greasy wood should be washed with extraction naphtha and dried.

• The wood should be seasoned and dried, with a moisture content no greater than 20%; damp wood will not absorb the impregnation.

• The wood intended for impregnation may be processed by sawing, sanding, planing, or polishing.

• In order to give a nice appearance, highlight the wood grain, improve application properties, and extend the durability of impregnation and to keep the surface clean, it is recommended to sand the wood along the grain with sandpaper of grit approx. 120-200, and additionally polish the surface.

• Surfaces exposed to long-term water and snow deposition (e.g. front surfaces of garden pickets) should be smooth, without any defects or tears, thoroughly polished and with rounded edges.

• Round all sharp edges of the wood to a minimum radius of 2mm – this allows you to apply the same amount of product as on flat surfaces (the product will not run off).

• On horizontal surfaces exposed to water and snow, it is recommended to create a slope of at least 15° to ensure rapid water drainage.

• Preparing new elements – pay attention to sealing the joints of individual details of the item against water ingress.

• If there is any unused product left in the packaging after work is completed, it should be poured into a smaller, airtight container so that the "air cushion" i.e. the distance between the impregnation and the lid of the container is approximately 1 cm.
