The hybrid protective coating combines the biological protection characteristic of impregnators with the enhanced protection against weather conditions of a proper varnish stain. It creates a durable, matte coating resistant to fungi and algae.

Sadolin Classic Hybrid Impregnator is particularly recommended for fences, gazebos, wooden house facades, wooden garden architecture, and other exterior wooden surfaces made of smooth, planed, and rough wood.

Use of the product Sadolin Classic Hybrid Impregnation PRODUCT PREPARATION

Do not add foreign ingredients.

- dry and seasoned - wood moisture should not exceed 15%,

- clean and degreased (no dirt - dust, sand, stains, organic deposits, etc.),

- primed with Sadolin BaseHP, Sadolin Base Plus, Sadolin SuperBase or Sadolin BasePRO technical impregnation.

When renovating, perform a test coat on a small area.

It is also recommended to test the preparation on a small area to select the right color – the final color will depend on the initial color, the condition of the wood, and the number of coats applied.

For heavily resinous surfaces, it is recommended to wipe with a cloth dampened with mineral spirits and wait for it to dry.

It is recommended that horizontal surfaces have a minimum runoff angle (inclination) of 15°.

To achieve the proper thickness of the protective coating on the edges, it is recommended to round off sharp wood edges (rounding radius min. 2mm).

Metal elements embedded in the wood should be adequately protected against corrosion.

Dry sanding creates dust and dirt. We recommend using appropriate respiratory protection.

- ambient temperature should be between +10°C and +30°C,

- relative air humidity should be lower than 70%,

during or when there is a risk of rain, fog, snow), on hot afternoons and in strong winds.

- brush: the best effect will be achieved using brushes with natural bristles.

- do not dilute the impregnation before use,

- apply 2-3 layers,

- apply subsequent layers 14-24 hours after applying the previous layer,

- spread thoroughly and evenly along the wood grain,

- before applying the next layer, if the wood fibers are raised, sand the coating with fine-grained sandpaper and remove the dust thoroughly,

· for colors: pine 2, light oak 57, cherry wood 88, mahogany 7, cream white 99, walnut 4 and in the case of colors brightened with Sadolin Impregnat Classic Hybrid colorless (applies to all colors),

· for very absorbent wood - where after applying the Technical Impregnation and 2 layers of Sadolin Impregnat Classic Hybrid, the surface obtained is not smooth and the appropriate degree of finish has not yet been achieved (the previous layers have soaked into the wood),

· for wood exposed to particularly difficult weather conditions (e.g. high Sunlight).

Applying more layers provides better decorative and protective properties. Do not use the impregnation to protect roof and floor surfaces, surfaces exposed to long-term, continuous contact with water, or oiled or waxed surfaces.

This process depends on the intensity of atmospheric factors (sunlight, high temperatures, humidity).

Do not use empty packaging for storing food.

Data identifying the product and the expiry date of the product are provided on the individual packaging.
