Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus bergamia)
Bergamot oil has antidepressant and antiseptic properties. It improves well-being, its scent stimulates the mind. It relieves nervous tension, stress, and depression. Facilitates breathing.
Recommended for menopausal problems, excessive sweating of the feet (for soaking, bathing).
It has a refreshing effect.
It has an analgesic effect.
It facilitates concentration.
Bath – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with a carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of base oil.
Massage – add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage.
One teaspoon (5ml) of base oil usually uses 2-3 drops of essential oils.
Spraying – fill the water container in the aroma burner or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
