Solid lubricating paste for assembly and running-in of metal components

Press-fit production of all types of machine components, as a running-in lubricant for new machines and gearboxes. Long-term lubrication of machine elements that move infrequently or slightly, as well as for drilling, sawing and threading.

Successfully used for lubricating threaded spindles, splined shafts, gears, worm and gear drives, screws, valves, pumps and machine tool guides, as well as for tightening and mounting rolling bearings, washers, wheels, flanges and screws.

Black assembly paste for heavy loads with high load capacity, low coefficient of elasticity and friction, good anti-corrosion properties, and extreme operating temperatures based on solid lubricants, thickeners, mineral oil with added molybdenum disulfide and graphite.

The paste's applications range from machine building, as a "run-in" product, to lubrication for new machines and gears, to the continuous lubrication of machines that perform slow or low-speed movements, as well as for drilling, threading, and cutting.

G-N Plus paste is successfully used for lubricating threaded spindles of grooved shafts, gears, worm gears, screws, valves, pumps, guides in machine tools and brakes, as well as a sealing and running-in paste for bearings, washers, wheels, flanges and screws.
