How to use MOLYKOTE Longterm 2 Plus Bearing Grease?

First, thoroughly clean the contact points to remove old grease, dirt, and and other contaminants. Then apply grease. For plain or ball bearings, pump in new grease until the old grease is displaced from the outlet hole.
