Molykote -N Plus Paste 100G Lubricating Paste For Assembly

Solid lubricating paste for assembly and running-in of metal components. Press-fit production of all types of machine components, as a running-in lubricant for new machines and gearboxes.

G-N Plus is MOLYKOTE's most professional assembly and running-in grease. This grease is widely used in both assembly and running-in applications where metal contact surfaces are exposed to extreme pressures.

Examples include gears, splines, sliding surfaces, bearings, pulleys, cylinder contacts, and other mechanical connections. Also during assembly, MOLYKOTE G-N Plus reduces the torque required in bolted connections and promotes stable disassembly without damaging the parts.

How to apply MOLYKOTE G-N Plus lubricant paste?

First, thoroughly clean and lubricate the contact surfaces to remove old grease and contaminants. Apply a thin, even layer of MOLYKOTE G-N Plus paste to the area to be lubricated using a cloth, brush, or spatula.

Ensure the paste adheres well to the surface and avoid applying excessive amounts; a thin layer is often sufficient. For applications with grease nipples or centralized lubrication, the paste can be applied using a manual grease gun or automatic systems.

During assembly or the running-in phase, the paste should be applied to moving parts so that the new grease effectively loads the contact area.
