Weicon Contact Va 100, Cyanoacrylate Adhesive 12 , Fast Curing, Universal Adhesive For Rubber, Plastics, Metals

Advantages and unique features

• Average viscosity of 60–120 mPa s facilitates precise application

• Instant bonding in the presence of moisture – joints ready in a few seconds

• Universal – bonds rubber, plastics (PVC, ABS, PC) and metals (steel, aluminum)

• High shear strength (e.g. 20 N/mm² for sandblasted steel after 24 h)

• Thermal resistance from –50 °C to +80 °C (short-term up to +100 °C, softening temperature +150 °C)

• Maximum gap up to 0.15 mm for durable connections even with loose joints

Properties and applications

• Medium viscosity (60–120 mPa s at 20 °C): optimal viscosity for precise applications.

• Versatile: excellent bonding of rubber, plastics (PVC, ABS, PC) as well as steel and aluminum metals.

• High strength: shear strength up to 20 N/mm² (sandblasted steel) after 24 h.

• Thermal resistance: from –50 °C to +80 °C, briefly up to +100 °C; softening temperature +150 °C.

• Maximum gap 0.15 mm: guarantees durable connections with minimal play.
