Tangit PVC-U is a single-component, special solvent adhesive based on stabilized tetrahydrofuran, intended for joining PVC-U elements in piping systems. The product is used to create durable, tight, and waterproof connections in pressurized and non-pressurized systems used in construction, industry, and domestic installations.
The adhesive meets the requirements of European Standard EN 14814 for adhesives for thermoplastic piping systems for the transmission of fluids under pressure and European Standard EN 14680 for adhesives for non-pressurized thermoplastic piping systems.
It also meets the guidelines of the Association of Plastic Pipe Producers and is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene for contact with drinking water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
After application, leave the joint for approximately 24 hours to achieve full strength.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The adhesive should be stored in its original, tightly closed packaging, away from children, animals and food sources.
The adhesive contains a stabilized tetrahydrofuran-based solvent. When working, take precautions appropriate for solvent-based adhesives and read the product safety data sheet.
